is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with over 12 years of clinical experience providing compassionate, patient-centered care. As a hospitalist serving several hospitals throughout Las Vegas, she is known for her strong clinical expertise, thoughtful approach, and commitment to evidence-based medicine.

In addition to acute and primary care, Marichu specializes in wellness and hormone optimization. As a BioTE Certified Practitioner, she offers Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) to help both men and women improve energy, vitality, metabolic health, cognitive function, and overall well-being.
